MiyaraHub Technologies LLC ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use any application, integration, or service published by MiyaraHub Technologies LLC (collectively, the "Services"). A current list of covered applications is provided in Appendix A below.
1. Data Minimization Principle
MiyaraHub Technologies LLC adheres to the principle of data minimization. We collect only the minimum amount of personal data strictly necessary for the functionality of our applications and services. We do not collect data beyond what is required to provide the features you use.
Many of our applications operate entirely on your local network and do not transmit any device data, credentials, or usage information to our servers. Data stays on your device. See Appendix A for details on each application's data handling model.
2. Information We Collect
Information You Provide:
- Contact Information: Name and email address when you contact our support team.
- Transaction Data: Payment information processed through third-party payment providers (Square, PayPal, Apple App Store, Google Play Store). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
- Communications: Information you provide when contacting us for support.
- User Content: Any content you submit through our applications, such as product reviews, quotes, or configuration data.
Information Collected Automatically:
- Crash Reports: We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymous crash reports and diagnostic data to improve app stability. These reports do not contain personal information, credentials, or device-specific data from your network.
- Device Information: Basic device type and operating system version, collected only through crash reports for debugging purposes.
- Local Network Data: For applications that interact with local network devices (e.g., smart home controllers, NAS systems, UPS devices), device identifiers, IP addresses, and configuration data are collected and stored only on your device. This data is never transmitted to our servers.
Information We Do NOT Collect:
- We do not collect browsing history, location data, or usage analytics
- We do not track which features you use or how often you use the app
- We do not collect network device credentials, configurations, or monitoring data
- We do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics SDKs, or user profiling
3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve our Services
- Process transactions and send related information
- Respond to your support requests and communications
- Diagnose and fix software bugs via crash reports
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information only in the following limited situations:
- Payment Processors: Square, PayPal, Apple, and Google process payments according to their own privacy policies.
- Crash Reporting: Firebase Crashlytics (Google) receives anonymous crash data to help us fix bugs.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or other legal process.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
5. Third-Party Services & Hardware
Our applications interact with third-party hardware and services. We are not responsible for the data practices of third-party manufacturers or service providers. Your use of third-party products is governed by their respective privacy policies:

Our applications may communicate with third-party hardware devices on your local network. These manufacturers have their own data handling practices. We do not control, access, or transmit data on behalf of any third-party hardware or service provider.
6. Data Storage & Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. Our backend services (where applicable) are hosted on Supabase, which provides enterprise-grade security with Row Level Security (RLS) policies.
For applications that connect to local network devices, connection credentials and device data are stored securely on your device using platform-native secure storage (Keychain on iOS, Keystore on Android) and are never transmitted to our servers.
7. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area, or under the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction).
If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under the applicable minimum age, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at admin@miyarahub.com.
8. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information.
- Portability: Request a portable copy of your data.
- Opt-Out: Opt out of certain data collection (e.g., crash reporting can be disabled in app settings where available).
- Do Not Sell: We do not sell personal information. No opt-out is necessary, but you may contact us to confirm.

9. Data Retention
We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Specifically:
- Support communications: Retained for up to 2 years after your last interaction.
- Transaction data: Retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.
- Crash reports: Retained for up to 90 days by Firebase Crashlytics.
- Local device data: Stored on your device only; deleted when you uninstall the app or clear app data.
10. International Users
If you access our Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using our Services, you consent to such transfer. We process data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
11. Texas Data Privacy and Security Act
For residents of Texas: MiyaraHub Technologies LLC complies with the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA). You have the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your personal data. 12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Universal Rule for Local-Network Applications: Applications marked "Local network only" store all device credentials, configuration, and monitoring data exclusively on your device. No device data, network credentials, or usage telemetry is transmitted to MiyaraHub servers. The only cloud communication is anonymous crash reporting via Firebase Crashlytics, which contains no personal information or network-specific data.
Elan Audio Lab Specific Disclosures: As an e-commerce platform, Elan Audio Lab collects transaction data (name, email, shipping address) necessary to fulfill purchases. Payment card data is processed entirely by Square and PayPal - we never see or store full card numbers. Product catalog, blog content, and artist data are served via Supabase cloud backend.
